Dr. Mugisha Victor is a highly disciplined Medical Doctor and healthcare professional with a solid passion for clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and healthcare management. He currently serves as a Medical Doctor at UMC Victoria Hospital Entebbe, Uganda, where he contributes to the delivery of a cutting edge healthcare system and advanced patient care .
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Mugisha has demonstrated competence in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
